Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Lean cut of chicken for grilling
  • ½ cup plain yogurt Provides creamy texture and tang

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder Savory flavor base
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic Enhances aroma and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala Aromatic Indian spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves Fresh herb for garnish and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon paprika Adds mild heat and vibrant color
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence (Herb mix for a Mediterranean twist)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander Citrusy spice for depth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Earthy and warm spice
  • ½ teaspoon ginger Zesty aromatic spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Provides heat and spiciness

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all marinade ingredients.
  2. Place marinade in a large zip lock bag and add chicken breasts. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Remove chicken from the bag and discard marinade. Cook chicken on the grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
