- 2 slices sturdy bread use bakery sourdough or any bread of your choice
- 1 garlic clove peeled, for rubbing on toast
- 1 medium avocado choose a ripe avocado with a slight give when squeezed

Toast the bread in a toaster or in a skillet until golden and crisp.
