Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk any variety chilled for a creamy base
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla high protein
  • 3 frozen bananas peeled for easy blending
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries freshly picked flavor frozen for convenience
  • 3 cups frozen riced cauliflower for creaminess and extra fiber
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional for added sweetness
  • Toppings as desired fresh fruit granola or seeds like hemp hearts

Method

  1. Place the milk, Greek yogurt, frozen bananas, strawberries, and riced cauliflower into a blender.
  2. Start blending on low speed to gently break down the fruit, then gradually increase to high until fully smooth.
  3. Use a spatula or tamper to scrape down the sides if needed. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if blending is difficult, keeping the texture thick.
  4. Transfer the smoothie mixture into bowls.
  5. Top with your favorite fruits, granola, or seeds and serve immediately.
