- 2 ¼ pounds chicken breasts skinless boneless trimmed
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning store-bought or homemade blend

- 3 medium bell peppers sliced into thin strips assorted colors
- 1 ½ medium yellow onion sliced thinly
