Method
- Heat the water in a large measuring cup and dissolve the honey (if using) in the hot water.
- Add the white tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Once steeped, add ½ cup of ice to the tea and let it continue steeping for an additional 10 minutes.
- Stir in the guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the tea mixture into the glasses.
- Serve and enjoy!
