Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment.
- Trim the broccoli into florets and slice stems into 1-2 cm pieces after removing tough outer layer.
- Steam the stems for 1 minute, then add the florets and steam for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Chop the steamed broccoli roughly and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the cheese, eggs, almond flour, and garlic into the bowl with the broccoli. Mash any large pieces as you mix until uniform.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small tot-sized pieces. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Optionally, lightly spray the tops with cooking oil, then bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
