Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and place it in a bowl. Add the buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Without separating the rolls, use a large serrated knife to slice the rolls in half horizontally, like you would slice a bagel. Arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking pan, cut side up.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the bottom rolls, then spread the chicken mixture on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining cheese over the chicken.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese and chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- If desired, serve the sliders with coleslaw either inside the slider or as a side.
